I have been updating the OPML file with about 20-30 new blogs that I have come across in the last couple of months.  The listing now stands at 255 and this excludes all of the Education Blogs found at edublogs.org where I am sure there are many that would fit into the eLearning area.

The other thing is I have moved the location from www.specht.com.au to hrblogs.org at hrblogs.org/opml/hrblogs.opml, there is a redirect on the old site if you happen to be using the file for your feeds.

If you have a blog on HR or related to HR let me know and I will add you, this way anyone who wants to find a good quality blog on HR they know where to go.

I have just added a list on the right hand side of recently updated blogs and the total number of posts on the blog. 

Next step, combined RSS and OPML files if you are a blog owner and have issues with being in a combined RSS and OPML file drop me a line.

hrblogs.org now has support forums, I was looking to get bbPress up and running but decided to go with something more stable, phpBB.

There is a general HRIS discussion forum as well as an experiment, to see if the industry needs such an environment, feedback?

I have updated the themes on the site and we now have well over 60 themes to choose from most with pictures thanks to James Farmer.  If you are after a new look for your blog or want to start a new blog and work in HR please feel free to do so.

I am growing hrblogs.org slowly and while I have a large list of what I would like to see on the site time just does not allow for everything in one go. Following this theme I noticed a “review” of sorts on scale|free a week or so ago with some very useful ideas and thoughts. The register your HR blog idea is along the lines of what I did with the HR Bloggers OPML file, I even hacked up a self registration system but did not use it because I could not secure the process from spammers. A couple of the other ideas are in the works and I hope to leverage the work from WPMU community to get these up and going.
