The complexity requirements for User Name are as follows:
- It should be between 6 (six) & 20 (twenty) alpha / numeric characters like Letters (A to Z) and Numbers (0 to 9).
You should not use the following in your User Name, such as:
- Your Social Security Number (SSN)
- Any kind of PIN (e.g. FSA ID, FAFSA PIN), etc
- All Numeric Numbers
