How to Take the Main Event Online Survey?
To take the survey, you have to go to the Main Event Official Survey site at www.maineventsurvey.com
- Here, at the middle of the page enter the 16-digit store number mentioned in the receipt.

Then, click on ‘Next’ in Blue.

You have to follow the prompts after this and answer the survey questions.

Now provide your minimum personal details like your name, address, valid phone number, email ID, etc.
- Then, you will be able to complete the survey.
Rewards for MainEvent Survey
