How to Create your StaffReady Account

How to Set My Profile at StaffReady Portal
Primarily, LOG IN to your StaffReady account and go to the “My Settings” option. This option will allow you to “Edit” your Contact Information, E-mail Addresses, and Phone Numbers.
Furthermore, using this option you can set how Time (12-hour or 24-hour) and Dates will be shown on the screen, change your Password, and assign your & Personal Identification Number (PIN) and Electronic Signature.

For Employers – How to Add New Employees to the StaffReady Portal
- First of all, LOG IN to your StaffReady account, and now move on to the option “Scheduling Module”.
- Here on the “Setup View” tab, the “Employees” color bar will permit you to add “New or Existing Employees” to a specific schedule.
- Additionally, add a new or existing employee by tapping the “New” link, when expanded sited on the right-hand side of the color bar. This option helps you to find by the Employee’s Name, StaffReady Employee ID, or Login ID.
- You can currently add an Existing Employee, utilizing the “Add Employees” option, when expanded located on the upper left-hand side of the color bar. This “Add Employees” tab permits you to search for an employee by options like (any one option): Name, Department, Job Title, etc.
- Within the StaffReady application, if you add an “Employee” that already exists, the system will search the linked Employee based on the provided information, which helps to avoid creating duplicate employees in the software.
