The online login portal has been created for the faculty members of the American Public University which is a privately held non-profit institution. How to Log into APUS Faculty Connect

  • If you wish to log into your APUS Faculty account you need to open the website of the APUS. www.apu.apus.edu
  • At the top right corner, there is the APU icon. Click on it and a pop up will appear with two options namely ‘Student Login’ and ‘Faculty Login’.

  • Click on ‘Faculty Login’ and it will take you to a login page.
  • Enter the Faculty ID and password and click on the ‘Submit’ button.

Forgot ID

  • If you have lost use id go to the login page of the APUS.
  • At the bottom of the Submit button, there is the ‘Forgot ID’ link.
  • Click on it and select you are a Faculty Member.
  • Enter last name and zip code to reset id.

Forgot Password

  • To retrieve password click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link at the bottom of the login section.
  • Now choose ‘Faculty Member’ in the next section.
  • For password reset enter the following information:
  1. Faculty ID
  2. Last name
  3. Zip Code

American Public University System Help Desk Information

If you wish to get in touch with the American Public University assistance team you need to call at 1-877-755-2787.

The help desk timing is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM until 9:00 PM ET. and, on Saturday and Sunday 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM Local Time.
